Donor advised funds are the simplest of philanthropic accounts. Once you open a donor advised fund there will be no more check writing, no tracking receipts for gifts you’ve made and no year end crunch to get all of your records off to your accountant.

Ensemble will work with you and your accountant to determine how to fund your account and how to do so with the most beneficial tax implications. Making grants to nonprofits will be a separate process that you can manage without deadlines or record keeping to get in the way. You will simply logon to our website, type in the charity and the dollar amount and hit enter. All of the check writing and record keeping will be taken care of for you.

We offer our donor advised fund administrative services to our clients to make the launching and running of a donor advised fund as simple as possible. However, we do not require that our clients use these services. If you have an existing donor advised fund with a community foundation or other entity, or wish to start one without our administrative solution, Ensemble Capital is still able to handle your investment management needs.
