Kelly Macias

Director of Talent & Culture

Kelly is Ensemble Capital’s director of talent and culture and oversees the firm’s strategy for supporting the incredible team of people who are at the heart of everything we do and maintaining a diverse, inclusive culture where everyone is valued. Prior to joining Ensemble Capital, she was an organizational development and diversity, equity and inclusion consultant working with various government, international, non-profit and corporate organizations. Kelly holds a BA in Spanish from Syracuse University, a MA in Sociology: International Training and Education from American University and a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. When she is not working, she can be found writing, meditating or somewhere in the world dancing Argentine tango.
