Randi Mills is a Senior Operations Associate at Ensemble Capital. She supports the execution of non-investment related account activity. Prior to joining Ensemble, Randi served as Cashiering Team Lead at Buckingham Strategic Partners and has held various operations roles at Foothill Securities Inc., Berthel Fisher & Co., and Kelmoore Investment Co. Randi earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of California, Davis. She resides in San Jose, California, where she enjoys CrossFit, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jon and their daughters, Grace and Ellie.
